Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

By using The Doc Mirror, you agree to these terms. We have kept them as clear and short as possible. If you have questions, email us at thedocmirror@gmail.com.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using The Doc Mirror at thedocmirror.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

Service Description

The Doc Mirror is an online visibility audit tool for doctors. It analyzes how a medical practice appears across Google Search, Google Maps, and AI platforms including ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude. It produces a Doctor Visibility Score and a report identifying visibility gaps and improvement opportunities.

The Service reads publicly available data only. It does not access, modify, or interact with any Google account, practice management system, or clinical records.

User Responsibilities

When using the Service, you agree to:

Accuracy Disclaimer

Visibility data reflects publicly available information at the time of the audit. Rankings and visibility signals change frequently. The Doc Mirror does not guarantee that scores or recommendations will remain accurate over time or will improve a practice's actual patient volume.

The Service is not a medical tool. It provides no clinical, legal, or financial advice. Visibility scores are indicators, not guarantees.

Payments & Refunds

The basic visibility audit is free. Paid plans (such as the full report or Monitor plan) are charged as described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

If you are unsatisfied with a paid purchase, contact us within 7 days of payment at thedocmirror@gmail.com and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked. After 7 days, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Doc Mirror is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost revenue, lost patients, or reliance on audit results.

Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
